Hatha Yoga classes for groups of up to five persons or one on one tuition is available.
Private classes are ideal if you are just starting a yoga practice and don’t feel confident to join a group class. Private classes are also highly recommended if you are recovering from an injury, are pregnant or are in post-natal recovery.
The start of each session will begin with discussing your individual needs. We will do a 75 minute class together and regroup at the end of the session.
Totnes: Anytime on Monday, Tuesday and weekends.
Exeter: After 6pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
£100 per 75 minute session for a private group.
£150 per 75 minute session for a corporate group.
Mindfulness and Meditation
We offer one on one mindfulness and meditation coaching. Classes can be created completely bespoke to suit your needs.
If you are a complete beginner then we will be able to introduce you to a meditation technique for you to explore. We will explain the yogic philosophy behind the technique, so you will gain a comprehensive understanding about the origins of the mediation and why it is practiced. We will explore the meditation together and you will be provided with take home guidance, so you can continue the practice of the meditation in your own time. Follow up sessions are also available.
£40 per 45 minute session and £53 per 60 minute session for an individual ‘one on one’ class.
£55 per 45 minute session and £73 per 60 minute session for a corporate group.
Above prices are for classes offered remotely, if you would like a face to face session then prices will be adjusted for transport costs and additional time.
We teach private classes at your home or office. What is most important is that the space is quiet and will be undisturbed.
You will need a yoga mat (or equivalent).
Cancellation can be made with no charge if a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. Failure to notify within this time will be subject to a full charge.
