By registering for this yoga module, I confirm that I have advised Kalyan Yoga of any physical injuries that I have and any pre-existing conditions (including pregnancy or having recently given birth), that could influence my ability to participate in the yoga module. I hereby personally assume all risks in connection with this yoga module, including, without limitation, any harm, injury or damage that may befall me while I am a participant in the module, including all risks connected there with, whether foreseen or unforeseen. I exempt and hold harmless Kalyan Yoga for any claim or lawsuits by me, my family, estate, heirs or assigns and arising out of my registration and participation in this yoga module.
